Restricted Stop Visibility
Drivers see only the next stop — never the full route, employee names, or home addresses. This is privacy by design. The system reveals information sequentially, ensuring that no single driver has a complete picture of any employee's commute pattern.
OTP Verification System
Every employee receives a unique, time-bound OTP before each pickup. The driver must enter this OTP to confirm boarding. For office pickups, a single OTP covers the batch. This eliminates ghost pickups, wrong-person boardings, and manual attendance disputes — with a full audit trail.
SOS Emergency System
One-tap SOS button available during any active trip. When triggered, the admin dashboard receives an instant alert with the employee's live GPS location, driver details, vehicle information, and trip context. Incident status tracking from 'Reported' through 'Resolved' ensures nothing gets lost.
Guard Assignment
Admins can assign a physical security guard to any trip — especially for night shifts, female employee cabs, or high-risk routes. Guard ID, checkin time, and trip association are all recorded and visible on the admin dashboard for full accountability.
Data Isolation (Multi-Tenant)
Each corporate client's data is fully isolated in a multi-tenant architecture. Employee data, trip history, billing records, and driver assignments are strictly separated. No client can see another client's data — ever. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance-ready.
